Really happy with my beauty products and delivery was quick, will be ordering again

Very impressed with the The Liquidation. The service and products I received were very good. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I received my order on Wednesday 26th August and one item was damaged. I immediately sent an email with pics to ask for a replacement
Thursday 27th I received an email from Kris the founder of Liquidation Store asking if everything was ok with my order. I replied to say that I'd had an issue with one item and had sent an email to ask for a replacement.
No reply to either
As it was Bank Holiday weekend I decided to give them some time to reply. I sent a follow up email on Tuesday 1st September and as of today (Friday 4th September) I've not had any response whatsoever to three emails that I've sent over 9 days!
This was my first order and their customer service has not made a good first impression. I probably wouldn't order again based on this
I've given 2 stars instead of 1 as I was happy with the rest of my order

Great business to deal with. I have never been disappointed with my purchases. Excellent products, very good price and very friendly to deal with. I would give 6 star if possible

I bought a beauty mystery box. I was really impressed with the products in it. Great value. I have ordered more things and am looking forward to receiving them.

The Liquidation Store is the best find in years. Thousands of pounds worth of stock that would otherwise go to landfill is saved and sold at the most insane bargain prices. I've just moved and kitted out my bathroom and bedroom with luxury towels and bedding etc. Their work ethic is second to none and the eco friendly ethos is phenomenal. Top notch company run by two people that have the planet and customer satisfaction as their main priorities. Highly recommended! M. Mckinlay.

I cannot praise this business enough. I was in business for myself when I was younger and did everything from the ground up, buying the products, describing them, selling them, packing them, posting them and all before computers and technology, so hats off to these two folk keeping liquidation store running—no easy task. I order goods a couple of times a month and now have my children and siblings buying too. ,I cannot praise them enough. keep up the good work.

This company is like an Aladdin's cave of goodies.
The quality and service is excellent, I highly recommend for everyday items and gifts. You can always find items you need and many others you just want.

I've ordered a few times and the products themselves are good. But my last order, I received the right item in the wrong size. I replied back to both my order email (on the 15th of August) and the 'checking in' email that's "from" the founder (on the 22nd).

Neither have been replied to.

So be warned - the products are good but if you order and get the wrong thing, you're going to have laugh trying to rectify it so maybe only spend what you're willing to 'lose'. At least what I got was cheap, and it was the size down so maybe it'll be motivation to lose a bit more weight. I'm in two minds about whether I'd order again.

Such an amazing company. Service is exceptional.
Everything I have bought has been of the best quality.

Brilliant I love having a mystery beauty bundle, and my £49 box was fab lots of good items in especially hair care which I was short on shampoo conditioner treatments sprays and hair serums
I defiantly recommend, this is also a good idea for making little hampers up at Christmas or making a luxury calendar for your older daughter , sister or mum

Order arrived but had items missing. Emailed/phoned and even messaged on Instagram straight away to try get it resolved asap (it was a gift so I needed it sorting fast) but every form of communication has been ignored and I’m just left out of pocket for an item I haven’t received.
Terrible customer service. Would never order again.

I bought one wall light as i was apprehensive as to what they would be like. I loved it so much when it arrived i ordered 2 more, all for my staircase. Im now just waiting for my electrician son to pay me a visit ant fit them.
Ive also had a couple of mystery boxes, its like christmas ! You dont know what youre getting.

Absolute rubbish sent. An actual joke of a company. Sent a fork, an actual fork, two cat collars. It was laughable the Poundland crap that arrived in a box. Advertising shows decent house and kitchen tech. Absolutely nothing like that. Do not waste your money or time.

First experience with this store after it popping up on a Facebook ad.

I ordered three specific items along with a baby and toddler mystery box.

All items arrived. Delivery timing was decent.

I was apprehensive about the mystery box as reviews have been mixed but was pleasantly surprised. The value of what you get for the price of the box vs what some of the items are still selling for online is incredible. You also get a higher value in the box than if you were to buy the items individually on the liquidation website so a win either way!!

Overall happy with my purchases and will return to make future purchases.!!
