I had a great experience with the card. Flawless and easy to use.

Very quick and easy process!
Can't complain, voucher was processed in seconds.

I was a little frustrated that I could not just take the gift card into a shop to use it. But had to find what I wanted, where it was available and then calculate that it was within the voucher value, including delivery if it was only available on line.

My only complaint is that whilst you can filter into category of what you can buy, you can't filter to location so, for example, while looking for a Restaurant you can't see what's near you so you get pages and pages of possibilities that aren't local.

It is quite easy once you get used to it

Ridiculous that has a receiver you have to set up an account, verify your email, try to figure out the online environment which is overly complicated (perhaps better on a browser than a phone) and then finally get to redeem the card to then get an email to be able to spend the card. It took me far too long to redeem this gift and as a result I would never buy this for anyone.

It’s was dreadful service took weeks to arrive and no response from their support email .

Poor customer service took 4 days to respond to problem only to be told my problem was solved and it hasn’t. It is only a £5 gift card but it is the principal that you have taken the money from my bank and not dealt with the problem so I can use it

What’s the point of having a card to get another voucher code for the shop you want. Selection of outlets exstreamly poor. At least a charity benefited from my card.

followed instructions and credit is in my account but wallet says no credit available. Code now says it has been used. Also took a while to set up account etc. Looks like you have deliberately made it difficult to me.
Would never use again.

My first call to customer service was appalling, the women I spoke with had no people skills whatsoever, she was rude, abrupt, had no patience, she was not interested in my issue and told me she would send an email and to get on with it. I never received the email.
The reason I have given this 5 star's is because I rang again as I never received the said email, and was lucky enough to speak to a man called Alfie who was very helpful, he had patience, knowledge and was very understanding and professional. He talked me through everything and stayed on the line until my issue was resolved .
Perhaps you could use both my calls as examples of how to treat customers.
