Product is cute and good quality. My dogs do not like their nails done so I’ll try anything. The coarseness isn’t harsh enough in my opinion. If the replaceable sandpaper were thicker this product would be great.

BUYER BEWARE. If there was an option to give ZERO stars I would. This company misrepresents their Bermuda shorts. I paid for 2 pairs and when these shorts show up with a 3” inseam a more honest description would be mini shorts. I asked for a refund the very day I received them. They ran me through hoops as if I was a liar. In the end they offered a despicable amount they would refund. I PAID $72 for these shorts coming from China that looked like most likely some poor child in a sweatshop made them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY

The dress I received was absolute garbage! The cut was very poor, the size was wrong, the fabric was trashy and the advertised “lace trim” was printed on. It looks cheap and nasty and was not worth the $80+ I paid for it.

My third order with Lark & Clover just arrived today and I’m thrilled with the lovely print dress that I look forward to wearing this summer! The delivery time was about what was promised so no issues there. My second order of their baby blue linen shirt went just a smoothly and I’m also very happy with the great color and fabric. These 2 orders were placed before my first order arrived and I found out how difficult it is to return an item to Lark & Clover. When my first order finally arrived the XS outfit I ordered was HUGE. I have not been able to find a phone number so have emailed them twice with no resolution. I will continue to try to find someone to help me. Very disappointing.

The dress I ordered looked just like it did on model. The material was not cheap. I was hoping it would be a bit softer, but overall it is fine. True to size. I'm 140lbs and 5'7" and medium fit perfect. This is my first order from them. Will probably order again

aterial, I bought an umbrella bird bath the looks like it's from the dollar store . There are missing parts in my order also . I do hope the return process is legit . I see they are based out of Hong Kong. Next time I will do my research

I received my dress today. The dress is beautiful and very well made. The color is perfect and the length is great! However, I feel like it took a very long time to receive it. Im just glad it made it here before our family pictures.

I ordered 2 sun dresses. They were not made to cover the full chest. I contacted support immediately. Sent a picture showing how they fit. They had the nerve to send me a long message explaining how I could get 40% back and keep them, maybe regift them! This is the reason to shop in local stores!! You can't trust people!!!

I received the jeans “LUMIÈRE – WOMEN'S HIGH-WAISTED CROPPED BARREL JEANS”.
I really like the light, soft texture and stretch material as well as the colour light blue.
However they are cropped for a taller woman but I am 5’3” and it is very long. If you want the loose style of the photo, you better choose the size up, because the waist and thighs are tight. I asked to exchange for a larger.

I ordered a bathing suit in a large and extra large. They came within a week but were extremely small. Both a large and extra large or the exact same size. Their returns are a joke. They offer 40% off or make you return package to China. Definite scam!

Wouldn't give them a 1 Jeans didn't fit -- way toooo small and I contacted them. After a week of emails back and forth offering a % discount refund and just keep the jeans I kept saying I wanted a full refund and would ship the jeans back After days of this they offered a 60% refund or full if I shipped the jeans back to CHINA!!! covering the cost of course. Don't buy from this company unless you are absolutely sure you will be happy with the product. Return policy is a joke!

The materials used are cheap and extremely inaccurate from the description online. When attempting to return the items it was multiple responses back asking me what they can do “make it right” so I would keep the product. I told them I simply did not like clothing and did not want to keep the items and “regift” them, and they continued to insist. It had to be 6 or 7 responses I received back with this suggestion rather than just initiating a return. Never was I given an address of where I needed to return the item to, just “a warehouse in China” and I was going to be completely responsible for handling shipping. I finally gave up and took the 60% refund without having to return the product. The entire process is the most ridiculous thing I’ve had to go through. DO NOT waste your time with this “company”.

The item arrived and didn’t match the description at all. Extremely poor quality. Says it was “stitched” and literally had a picture of stitching on the shirt. Absolute garbage. I’ve never seen anything made that way. I would have been better off going to a thrift store.

First, the shipping from China took a very long time! The quality of the merchandise is very, very low. Based on other reviews, I will not attempt the return process because I'm sure it will be frustrating. I hate businesses like this being in business. Steer away

Please do not buy from this company-
I ordered a crochet trim midi dress that "appeared" to have crochet trim---but didn't.
The dress was on sale for $80.
I tried to arrange a return/refund and that is where the fun began. Because the dress did not have any crochet trim (which I really liked) it was not defective, faulty, misleading description, or any other reason that would constitute a "legitimate" reason for a full refund---but I could get a 40% refund. After a few more back and forth emails they offered a 60% refund, keep the dress or a full refund but ship the dress to China. Now we all know that the shipping to China from Canada is going to be around $50---so I have gained nothing.
I know this is a issue of buyer beware but it has left a distaste for this company.

The items I received absolutely did not match what they looked like online. I ordered a jumper that was terrible quality, had the neck, literally sewn together backwards with twists in it, and they are continually in the process of fighting me to not give me a refund or saying I will have to pay for shipping when their policy clearly states that they will pay return shipping on damaged or defective items. The other item I ordered is possibly salvageable if I take it to a seamstress but will cost more than it’s worth and smells horrible. I would never buy from this company again.
