I just bought my Second Luxury Watch and before I decided to get a Hydro Conquest in Vienna,I went to Rolex and was treated bad, waiting lists and getting me to buy a model I didn’t want.
Longines was welcoming, took my time and found my watch.
I was very pleased at Longines new ad campaign and it did convince me to try the brand because I never paid attention to this brand.
I am already aiming for my second purchase with Longines.
You have an amazing history behind you and looking forward to seeing Longines bring out exceptional watches.
I felt you took great care of my wishes for a brand with great History.

I visited the Longines Boutique store in Covent Garden earlier today. The purpose of the visit was to try a watch that my local Longines agent does not hold in its regular stock. A young lady, Courtney-Dee, served me and spent some considerable time in explaining many of the features of the model I was interested in. Courtney-Dee could not have been more helpful and showed no disappointment when I advised her that I would place an order but through my local Longines agent who has looked after my family with jewellery and watches for many years. Courtney’s professionalism does her and Longines credit as I have no doubt that not every sales person would have behaved so well. Well done.

Je souhaite partager mon expérience récente avec le service après-vente Longines, qui me laisse malheureusement très déçu.
Ma montre Longines, achetée en 2021 et offerte par mon père pour une occasion très importante, a déjà dû revenir en atelier plus de quatre fois pour divers problèmes techniques. Jusqu’ici, Longines avait toujours pris en charge les réparations, reconnaissant des défauts internes et prolongeant même la garantie.
Lors de la dernière panne, un choc sur la couronne a été identifié par leurs horlogers. Cependant, je reste extrêmement surpris et déçu que, malgré l’historique anormalement long des interventions sur cette montre, Longines refuse aujourd’hui tout geste commercial et me présente une facture de plus de 300 €.
Après autant de retours en atelier en moins de trois ans, je m’attendais à une prise en charge bien plus compréhensive de la part d’une marque de ce prestige — d’autant plus qu’il s’agit d’une montre ayant une forte valeur sentimentale.

J’espère que Longines pourra revenir vers moi pour réévaluer cette situation particulière, au regard de l’historique complet de la montre.

After I did not receive my watch on the date it was due, I sent an email to customer services and since I did not receive any answer, I called them twice without success. Couple of hours later I got a call back and only after I inquired where my order is, I saw some change on my account and then I saw that it was sent only after I called them. Then it arrived very quickly.
