This is a fraud. Masks are sold without even clear instructions and these do not work. This is followed by demands for payment and return of the mask. When I returned the mask via post office, the threats did not stop. I will be reports to Police for threatening language.

Very very very bad company.
I refused the package by delivery and now they wont give my money back.

Fake company. Sent me out the product but it was not fit for purpose. I requested a refund. They pushed hard for me to keep the product but I refused. Eventually they provided me with an address to return the item. EIGHT MONTHS later, the item shows up again on my door. When I queried this with Eleganse, they said the problem was with my postal carrier. Naturally, I got on to my postal carrier who advised the parcel was kept in customs in China for 5 months because Eleganse refused to pay the customs charge and/or the return address they provided does not exist. Very interested to see what bonkers excuse they come up with now to avoid giving me a refund. Avoid at all costs.

As with others I should have done my due diligence before purchasing. Wasn't aware the company was Chinese. Ordered in Nov 2025 as a Christmas present, the mask arrived in Feb 2026. Bought a Shark mask as knew that the Eleganse mask wouldn't arrive in time. Sent the mask back to China, tracked postage at a cost of £38 for a refund (as instructed). Parcel sat in customs for 3 months, Eleganse didn't clear the package within the qualifying time so it was returned to me! Now they are not responding to my email. CLEARLY A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.....

Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence and have been left with a product I cannot use. I did not realise it was Chinese and the company make it extremely difficult to return. I have lost £159, very unhappy

Totally misleading What a scam.Marketing led to believe face and neck device and only face device delivered. No help from customer service. Uncomfortable and poor quality

DO NOT BUY! the mask was no longer working(red light not working ) after I had it for 4 weeks and used it 3 times .I was in touch with customer support which was long , horrible and after sending videos of my broken product and months of messages they did not give my money back but offered 10% discount on the same product... no thanks

Calificaría esta tienda de estafa y de fraude. Compré una máscara facial por 190€ para un regalo. Se habrá usado como 5 ó 6 veces y ya no carga. Me pongo en contacto con ellos, me dicen que la garantía es de 185 días. Le digo que entonces perfecto, porque han pasado 183. Entonces me responden que no, que eran 180. Les vuelto a responder y les digo que es obligatorio que cualquier producto vendido en Europa tenga 3 años de garantía, y me han dicho que me olvide. No compréis aquí!!

I purchased a mask and neck add on from Eleganse. The controller stopped working within a short time. The company had me sending a video of the fault to them more than 10 times, picking fault with how I sent it, not reviewing it, too big, not showing fault. I quickly learned that they were trying to distract from the issue. They eventually sent me an email advising me how to charge it which was completely unrelated to the fault!!!!

I believe the controller is a fire hazard. It does not switch off when the device is turned off and the wire is very hot and smells burnt as if it is going to over heat.

They refuse to acknowledge there is a problem. When I looked at Trustpilot to give a review I can see this is a common problem.

Considero que hacéis publicidad engañosa . Compré una máscara de cara , cuello y escote por 189euros. Era lo que ponía en la publicidad. Me han enviado solo la facial y aunque les he enviado las fotos y la publicidad no lo aceptan,creo que ni lo han mirado pero la publicidad sigue ahí. Ojalá y hubiera leído las reseñas antes de comprar con esta empresa.

I cancelled my order within 15 minutes, and confirmed nothing was shipped. The only way to contact this company is by email. I have over 25 emails with them trying to get my money refunded. They refuse to refund me saying the bank already refunded me. I have provided proof multiple times that I have not received any refunds from the bank or Eleganse This company is SCAM and FRADULANT. Do NOT order anything from them.

Beställde deras dropshipping kina skräp och fick inte ens det jag beställde. Ville returnera grejerna men de var okontaktbara så klarna gjorde därför en återbetalning. Nu 7 månader senare skickar de ett mail om att det är BRÅDSKANDE att jag MÅSTE betala inom 48 timmar. Att det är en förlust för företaget och att de ska ta detta vidare till någon "product loss departmeant". hahaha Lycka till att få några pengar av mig scamsida.

Scam ! I am trying to return this mask for months now. My bank told me that without a return they will not refund me. I signaled the website to google, to the police etc. I hope something will be done.

Retur av maske, får ikke penger tilbake. Det ser i første omgang ut til at produktet kommer fra UK, men egentlig er det søppel fra Kina.

I like others bought their led mask. It’s all falsely advertised and is not regulated or safe to use as advertised with EU safety markings on their box such as (Rohs)

When I requested their paper work as the Leaflet they provide with the mask is very basic I was getting generic maybe ai responses but I thought they were based in uk also false. I did get a successful chargeback after a bit of hassle but they want the faulty mask back now hounding me with emails.
I will only return the garbage and unsafe mask if they send a courier or pay for the return if they request it back. They also have no return address and the whole site is a scam.

A complete scam. They have a UK URL but are really in China. When I went to purchase, it offered multiple payments, which I assumed it meant installments. Nope, the entire amount was charged. I emailed them within 30 minutes. No reply for 2 days and of course by the time they replied it was shipped. I never opened the box. It took a week of emails to get them to provide me with a return address. I did attempt to return it but Canada Post ultimately sent the package back as being undeliverable. I went to my credit card company, they reversed the charge thankfully. Now, like others, I am receiving threatening letters. I intend on ignoring them.

AVIOD 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩This website needs closing down . I also fell for this ans wrote a review a few months ago but since then I was able to claim my money back through my bank amd now they have realised . They are constantly calling me and emailing me to send the mask back but I am refusing unless they send me the shipping fees but they will not take it at all. Someone needs to close the website down ASAP as so many people have had a bad experience in one way or another .

La máscara es China, no se ponen en contacto si quieres devolverla. La devuelves y te dicen que no les ha llegado. Me suena a estafa.

One star is a star too many for this dreadful company. Inaccurately stated delivery times meant this arrived too late for the birthday for which it was intended. I tried to return the item, which I still have unopened. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Luckily my credit card provider managed to obtain me a refund but I have now received an email threatening debt collection, as I still have the item. It is the company’s responsibility to either arrange collection or pay postage in these circumstances, despite offering many opportunities for this, the company has not responded appropriately. Do not believe the £35 refund postage quoted, more like £120 to fulfil the ridiculous refund conditions they impose for returning. Avoid like the plague
