My experience with this company was extremely disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional handling of an issue.

Despite multiple follow-ups over an extended period, I received little to no direct communication, and promised timelines were missed without any updates. This made an already difficult situation more stressful than it needed to be.

I can only speak from my experience but it definitely was not a pleasant one.

Super unprofessional. Just about the worst experience i have had with any company.

The experience i had with electivio was excellent. From the day I made the enquiry online to the day I had my surgery. Every single step of the journey was clearly explained from costs to what to expect on the day of surgery. I received a phone call couple of days after enquiring online(day that suited me). I was given option of packages to choose from and each package was clearly explained of what it included.Dino Batanovic my patient coordinator was brilliant, he answered every single question I had and put me at ease straight away so massive thanks to Dino. Welcome package explained everything step by step and ensured me I will be supported throughout my journey even after the surgery. The cost was really good and well worth it. My travel from and to the airport was covered and also my visits to the surgery. Fabiola my coordinator in Turkey messaged me the minute i landed and ensured i was in my taxi on my way to the hotel. She kept in touch throughout my journey in Turkey and ensured transportation was always ready,and was always willing to help if i had any issue (which i didnt everything was smooth) highly recommend Electivio the service, the communication, the professionalism was top notch. Thanks again Dino and Fabiola.

What a first class experience! I know there are a lot of options for hair transplants in Turkey, but wow am I glad I found Electicio! From the minute I touched the ground in Istanbul they took great care of my wife and I. The transportation to and from our hotel to the clinic was so easy and the cars were impressive. The hotel was perfect and top notch. As far as the procedure, it was incredible. It’s crazy but there was not any pain (and I had 5,000 follicles done) the ladies did an amazing job and I always felt like I was their top priority. The staff at the clinic were all very friendly and professional. My friends in America have seen the results already and are booking their trip through Electivio. Jo and Fabiola were absolutely amazing through the entire process. I could not recommend their company any more. You will not be disappointed!

I was skeptical to start with, with paying a large sum of money upfront prior to the procedure. (After seeing a review of someone saying SCAM). But once I got there I was reassured and I can assure you it isn't a SCAM. The transport was exceptional and was comfortable. You get well looked after. any questions you may have, your coordinator was always happy to assist and make you feel comfortable and make sure everything was smooth sailing. The only issue was the language barrier, which youd expect in a foreign country. (Google translate can help this) So it's only minor. Even after the procedure my coordinator was always there to help and give me the correct information I needed, nothing was ever too much for her. Overall my experience was great and would highly recommend to anyone wanting an hair transplant.

All the warning signs of a scam. Very little reviews, payment wanted up front and also they don’t tell you the name of the clinic when they send you out your plan. This is so you can’t ring the clinic and verify they are real. Avoid.
