placed an order for an iPhone after checking the delivery promised which was between 6/6 and 7/6. got no order confirmation even after they charged my card. called them after a day when we had no order confirmation and their office informed that its impossible to deliver by 7/6 as it always takes longer to process an order. since it was no use to get the phone after a delay I requested for cancelation with full refund and they reverted their cancelation policy doesn't allow refund !! they dont fulfil their obligations and instead of being apologetic they are flashing their no refund policy !

Hello guys, please don’t buy phones from this website or from any refurbished phone websites. It’s better to buy a genuine second-hand phone instead of a refurbished one.

I bought an iPhone 12 from this website in May 2026. When I tested the phone, the battery started draining suddenly. For example, one day the battery was at 40%, and within just 10–15 minutes it dropped to 10%. The display quality also felt very cheap.

The good thing is that their customer care responds, but they are not actually resolving the issues. After the first complaint, I returned the phone, and they sent me the same phone back saying, “Sir, we have replaced the display and battery.” But when I received it, I experienced the exact same issues as before, which means nothing was replaced and they simply sent the phone back as it was.

So please don’t waste your money on refurbished phones.

And I can't talk about the phone's quality Now I am using iPhone 15 Pro Max till now I didn't face any issue in Apple iPhone. 😍
We can afford the phone they cost because they have premium and quality. Who used iPhone in his life will never back to any other device like Android etc.
