I purchased the GOCIO Electric Bike, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

The bike wasn't even delivered to my front door. FedEx left the heavy package in my community area, and I had to drag it home myself, even injuring my forearm in the process.

After assembly, I discovered that the rear reflector was missing from the box.

The biggest problem, however, is a serious safety defect. The front brake rotor rubs against the front fork while the wheel rotates. I provided multiple photos and videos, followed every troubleshooting step requested by customer support, removed and reinstalled the front wheel, and confirmed that the issue was not caused by incorrect assembly. The bike is simply unsafe to ride.

After weeks of emails, support finally offered to mail me a replacement front fork and asked me to replace it myself using a YouTube video. I am not a bicycle mechanic, and I don't believe customers should be expected to replace a critical safety component on a brand-new bicycle. If installed incorrectly, it could create an even greater safety risk.

When I requested a return and refund because the bike is defective, my return request was rejected.

I expected a new bike that was complete, safe, and ready to ride and not one missing parts, with a defective front fork, and requiring major repairs immediately after purchase.

I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

I bought the 2 day shipping for my popped tire and I've been waiting for over a week to receive my package, the communication this company has is laughable at best it took 3 days for them to tell me my package was shipped. p.s I still haven't gotten my order.

I wanted a foldable bike with 26" tires and I found it with Gocio. It rides great, pulls me up hills with no effort on my part. It serves my purpose of general biking needs of riding on smooth surfaces and inclines. It was also so economically priced with free shipping and fast delivery service.

My bike arrived with a defective battery won’t charge. The battery is not even connected to the charge port on the battery case . I have sent them three emails they refused or have not responded. They don’t have a phone number for customer support. If I were you, I’d go someplace else.

Warning: Do not buy from this company. My bike arrived with a damaged front wheel hub, shattered plastic components, and a dead battery.
​Beyond the terrible quality control, this bike is a legitimate fire hazard. The electrical system is clearly unsafe, and the company’s "support" is non-existent—they offer no real help for defective, dangerous equipment.
​This isn't a "budget" bike; it’s a hazardous, disposable piece of junk that isn't safe to own. Save your money and protect your home—do not order from them.

The purchase went fine, but I shouldn't have to buy a new battery after only 200 miles.

It only took a few days to ship to my home. All the tools and detailed instructions were provided. Everything worked, which I’m not used to. The ride is smooth; the fat tires grip the road, whether asphalt, gravel, dirt or grassI Simply put, I love my Gocio e-bike!

Have had several ebike over the years and this is the first one that I was able to get a replacement battery for their ebike. Custom service was quick to reply and I received the new battery in 2 days.

your customer support kept informed the item arrival!!!!

I tried for more than a full week to get an answer to fix the peddle assist over running the peddles the bike accelerates to 13 miles an hour after peddling 2-3 times. This is very dangerous for I experienced riders. No fix from Gocio. Says this is how the bike was designed. I own 2 Lectric e bikes with 800 miles on them. They don’t operate this way. Very disappointed with the tech support. Nice bike if it operated properly

I received the answer regarding to my ebike problem. Some e-bikes use a cadence sensor for peddling while others use a torque sensor as my Lectric bikes do. Know witch sensor the bike has before to purchase it. Cadence sensor don’t work well for aged people. Torque sensors do. Gocio is now looking to try and change the sensor design. Thank you

I love my Bike I called her Electra and every time I’ve needed help the company has been right there to help me I suggested to everyone!!

Accuracy and the fact that there was that particular style of charger available. I searched a lot of places.

I dislike the none responses to some of my inquiries, I waited and got a few but item arrived incorrectly and never got a response back on other product request for ordering. The shipping was long also could have been faster for the pricing. Need to improve on customer support majorly

It was what I expected. The battery could be larger and I would prefer a more upright handlebar.
