Totallt unhappy with the lack of info of payment structure NO WARNiNG WHATSOEVER when another subscriptiin comes out and though had only ever paid for a one off 3 month things . No losy access to my accounylr totally so cant even try and cancel its mad .. Cancelled on the day i became aware thet would charge me BUT GOT NO MOBET BACK ONLY CHEEK . Its titalky scamny illegal payment practices also dobt think it will probably lead yo sales so dobt waist your money. Online showing of art may be goos to raise your profile somewhar but want bring in sales .
Still awaiting my money back which i wont get. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Artboxy is really good and real, not only digital. They have got exhibitions digitally and in real, both are ok and good organized. This is true.
I bought a free test month and after that the one year. They will help you, if you have questions by EMail and telephone support and they speak english and german and swizzer deutsch. This is my experience.
The year abonnements you pay 365€/ and it is still 1€ the day. I recommend you better this.
If you're an artist and love art and you commit yourself to this, you have not to pay the other option of 45€/monthly. You can choice what you want.

I am happy. In my opinion artbox and artboxy is a newer way for arts and artists. The old pathes are not always the bests.
And I am new there the fist month, Next month starts my year abo. I was in the test month a member of premium artboxy and I won a week with one of my real artworks in Casa del Arte Mallorca, together with three other artists.
Believe in yourself and in your art, you need skills too.
But I have to say that I am not a beginner of art. I visited an art school and had exhibitions in past times with real art. My picture of the art contest for the Casa del Arte is painted in 2025, I will show it in the exhibition in spain and I work at the place and paint inside the gallery in real.
I am happy and recommend artboxy and artbox.

Seit 2 Jahren bin ich bei Artboxy dabei mit meinen Fotografien. Ebenfalls hatte ich die Möglichkeit, an der Swissartexpo auszustellen, welche auch durch die Firma Artboxy organisiert wird. Ich muss diesem Schweizer Familienunternehmen ein grosses Kompliment machen, die verschiedenen Ausstellungen sind top organisiert! Ich konnte an diversen Ausstellungen mein Netzwerk massiv vergrössern, was mir viele Verkäufe eingebracht hat. Durch die vielen Ausstellungen, haben sich viele neue Möglichkeiten ergeben. Was mich extrem begeistert, ist der neue Marketplace, ich kann da meine Kunst zeigen und verkaufen und ich erhalte 100% und muss keine Kommission abgeben. Mein grösstes Problem war immer, wie nehme ich im Ausland Zahlungen an, ich wollte kein Bargeld, dies ist jetzt mit diesem Marketplace auch gelöst, ich lasse die Kunden da online über Artboxy bezahlen und habe das Geld ein paar Tage später auf meinem Konto und kann Dank dem sogar einfach Versandlösungen anbieten, was vorher für mich viel zu kompliziert war. Also jammert nicht, sondern nutzt die Sache einfach richtig! Wenn du deine Kunst auf andere Plattformen hochlädst und selber nichts machst, passiert auch da nichts. Und der Traum von der Galerie, welche alles für dich managt gibt es schlicht und einfach nicht. Ausgenommen dein Name ist Picasso...

I've been a member for 6 months and I'm not really sure what exactly it is that I'm paying £40 a month for.
I did upload work and enter it into a few shows and got a photograph of my work in a digital screen in return.
Since then, anything I try to upload is deleted and after asking for help to resolve this for the the last few weeks, I'm now tempted to just cancel my membership completely.

I have been working with Artboxy for around 3 years now, and I wanted to share my honest opinion. Their team works very closely with me, great communication and I always receive answers to all my questions very quickly. I also had some calls with Linda to discuss exhibition opportunities and ways to improve my overall presentation and she was very lovely and helpful. Last year in August I sold my work "Red Vespa" at the swiss art expo, where I was able to exhibit thanks to Artboxy. it was one of the most exciting exhibitions ever for me! Thank you so much. They also continue to add new galleries regularly and I also really like their big update that launched in April, where you can no sell art directly through your profile and the automated shipping is such a big relief for me!! I would definitely recommend artboxy and their artist management. :-)

I have been working with Artboxy for many months now, and I can honestly say I have only positive feedback. This is one of the most reliable partners in the art world.

First of all, communication is excellent. I always receive a quick response to any question, no matter how unusual. You can feel that the team consists of professionals who genuinely care.

But the most important part is the result. Every month, my works are displayed in beautiful galleries and exhibitions across different cities around the world. It’s an incredible feeling to know that my art is seen by audiences in Europe, Asia, or the US while I’m at home. And recently, something happened that made me truly happy: at the latest ArtExpo in Strasbourg, thanks to the dedicated work of the curators, my piece found its collector! That means a lot.

I worked with Artboxy for a few years,I had 5 exhibits with them and it was a great experience. The team is very well organized,they contacted me constantly,even took the time to write description of visitors reaction around my paintings,they took the time to write a summary of why and what they like about my artwork in the exhibit. I wanted some exposure in Europe and they did absolutely fantastic. I live in the USA and have no interest to sell in Europe,for this reason we had one disagreement because I missed the deadline for registering and they solved it in a very honest way,no hassle or refuse to accept my reasoning. Don't waste your money. All those sites that charge high subscription fees for a few photos from supposed digital exhibitions...are absolutely out of the question.
And be careful, they make a living from these scams; their goal is absolutely not to sell your paintings.
Stay away! Not like me, who fell for it and immediately charged me €49 for half a day.

I Presented my art on and with Artbox.Project from the first exhibition in NYC in 2018 until today. Swiss Art Expo was also good experience for me. The entire team of the Artbox.Project Zürich it's full with very kind persons and helpful. Just to recommend for all artists

I do not recommend this agency, in 3 months I lost about £200, nothing looks like in the description of the site, they offer an exhibition on TV in an empty room without people, photos can be uploaded a week after receiving the information, on my site there is no interaction that someone has seen it, the lady on the phone only offers a discount if you pay for the whole year, this portal promotes amateurs not real artists, for words of criticism they block you on insta and facebook, well..it's weak and good for the naive‼️

I have tried out artboxy.com for around 6 months with my paintings and have been very satisfied so far. I was very suspicious of their service at first, especially because I thought that my artworks would have the same effect when exhibited digitally on screens compared to physical exhibitions. But I tried it out anyways as the it was free for the first month - so why not.

I took the time to visit 2 exhibitions (swissartexpo and Dubai) and was very pleased with how the art is presented and especially how the staff handles the visitors. When I took a seat infront of the screen I was immediately greeted by Linda and asked if there is anything specific I was interested in and if they could show me something. Once I told them that I was an artist they were very friendly and showed me my paintings on the screens, took photos with me and asked about my art for over 30 minutes.

They even had a special apero for artboxy artists with a live musician and drinks.

I have talked to several other artists who have been on the platform for a while and they all told me that they mainly use artboxy to build a story around their art journey and get content to share with their own community. If they sell something through artboxy that's nice - but if not, they still make the most out of all the content they receive every month from the exhibitions. I thought that was interesting as I have rarely used my social medias or other channels to promote my art or build a so called "community".

I have since then regularly posted all of the content they sent me every month on my social medias which has worked wonders for me personally. In the past years I have only participated in around 1-2 physical exhibitions a year because I couldn't afford more as they are extremely expensive and I wasn't able to cover the costs with my sales in most of them.

For me personally artboxy is definitely worth it as it exposes my art to a lot of people online and in the galleries and especially because it gives me a lot of constant content which I can use to market my art. I have received several requests for my art since I joined and was able to sell a couple smaller prints and one bigger commissioned work.

If you don't use the content to market your art or build a story about your "journey" as an artist, it might be better to stick to physical exhibitions and stay away from online platforms in general.

A few days ago, a client of us was contacted that he could participate in an exhibition in Paris for free. But then it turned out that it was a promotion from Artboxy to sell their services afterwards. To be fair, it only costs 1 euro a day if you spend 365 euros upfront for the whole year, otherwise a monthly rate of 49 euro. But what do you actually get for it? Yes, it sounds good at first glance and very tempting for many artists: as an artist, you open an account on the platform and are briefly checked to see if your art is at a certain level. The hurdles are super low, as you can quickly see from the selection of artists. Then you upload your art and can immediately take part in exhibitions (art fairs organized by Artbox) and be shown via monitor in partner galleries. In addition, you also receive photos from the monitor in the gallery with your work plus an exhibition certificate. Yes, guys, it sounds great if you don't know your way around as an artist. But if you take a closer look at the whole thing researched by us, then things look completely different. In the international second art market (the first art market consists of art school graduates and art stars) are an incredible number of hobby artists who are all clamoring for attention. Then there are a few very talented amateur artists and a few self-taught professional artists. And then there are the artists with art academy degrees, who we're not talking about here because they don't need such services. So, the market and the need for art promotion and marketing for hobby and many amateur artists is huge. It's a goldmine! Service providers like Artbox/Artboxy earn their living from it and from the hope of many artists to finally be discovered and sell. What exactly do you get from Artboxy: 1. you can not link your website or your social media page in your Artboxy account which is a no-go. However, this is extremely important for your marketing and the search engine (backlink). 2. you pay 365 euros in advance with no prospect of sale. What use are exhibition certificates if you are shown on a monitor (in an empty gallery) with dozens of artists and have no idea whether your artwork can be properly perceived? An exhibition certificate is just window dressing if your art is ordinary. Even if it's super good, it won't do you any good if you don't have a management/gallerist who puts their heart and soul into marketing your art. A good gallerist will immediately see through your exhibition. The chance of being discovered or selling something this way is very, very small. What most amateur and hobby artists need first is a fair assessment of their art and tips on how they can improve. 3. Artboxy is a service for mediocre exhibition opportunities and a business model that is not really in tune with the times. They don't even offer a platform for video artists. 4. We took a close look at the galleries where any artist who has opened an account with Artboxy can exhibit via monitor. What we found out is that 2 galleries obviously belong to Artboxy themselves but have a different name. The other two galleries in Berlin and Dubai do not exhibit Artboxy artists at all. At least we couldn't see anything about them on their websites. These galleries have a very select portfolio and the gallery in Berlin is owned by an artist who exhibits herself. Very dubious.
Conclusion: Artboxy itself is an art-marketing-business-model and only helps the owners. It will only be useful for those artists who are present at the Artbox ArtFairs and exhibitions and know how to market themselves by networking directly with art enthusiasts. Artboxy serves its own interests first and foremost, and that is sales with the hopes of artists of the second market.
