Would give zero stars if I could. Product arrived and was clearly faulty. Took pictures within hour of receiving and emailed to customer service. Would not offer a full refund only 25% of total cost of item that was not wearable. Scam company - do not order from them

Terrible returns experience, assume it was a bot answering emails. Would not give me my money back , only credit for 12 euro and keep the unsuitable items ( way to small compared to size recommended in size guide) also not the quality expressed in the adverts. Definitely won't recommend this website product or ever purchase from them again.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Flimsy sunglasses that broke after first use (lens came out). I sent photos and they refused to refund. Eventually they agreed to give me 50% of the cost back (better than nothing I guess) but 2 months on I still haven’t got it - the first few responses I got said they couldn’t get the refund to go through. Now when I message them I get no response at all. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

The specs are very good and I'm quite happy with them, apart from one problem. The tiny slots on the ends of the legs are so narrow and tight that hair from behind my ears get jammed in the extremely narrowing ends of the slots and some of my hair gets pulled out most times I remove my specs, unless I remember to gently 'lower' the legs onto my ears instead of 'sliding' them behind the ears. However, there may be an upside to this problem, and my hairdresser will now no longer need to trim the hair behind my ears as they'll all get pulled out and perhaps I'll get a discount as less hair to trim🤔😂🤣🤣

Delivery took ages and when billed had added extra tax charges that were not explained before checkout. I ordered the varifocal glasses and whist the lenses are good the frames are cheap thin plastic. After a very short time they snapped under no pressure. Approvalk would not replace or refund hence seeking a Section 75 against them. Would not recommend this company at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU AND KEEP OFFERING TINY AMOUNTS AS COMPENSATION. TEMU ACCEPTS RETURNS & IS CHEAPER.

Small boxed fan for stowaway but medium sized fan when assembeld for a 18x12 roasting bedroom 34c,cooled the room down in no time and it comes equipped with marvelous multi functions and it's sooooo quite, it's a bargain. 👍

It is not half as big as it seemed in the picture. Hardly able to fit a bird.

Wish I had checked reviews before buying from this dreadful company on tik tok. Tried to cancel immediately after them adding £5.99 after being taken from PayPal. Communication wad identical emails each time around 6 emails. I thought I was buying from a uk company so was shocked when first tracking was from USA. Took 3 weeks for the item to arrive which in no way resembled what I had ordered. I actually laughed when I saw it, couldn’t believe my eyes. No reply yet from company. My advice DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

It seems comfortable and it has washed ok. Not worn it for a whole day yet as it’s only just come. Delivery took weeks as I am in UK.

Unlike my recent experience with certain other suppliers. I accutely received what I ordered and it matched my expectations.

I was kept up to regularly with delivery information and the items I ordered are of good quality

Glasses are ok does the job. Delivery is a problem taking just over a week to be delivered

Absolute rubbish product & did not live up to any of their claims. Product deliverd in a flimsey cardboard carton which was half crushed. Product did not live up to their claims - not photochromatic lenses, not variable focus & flimsey plastic frames. Sort of cheap "knock-off" goods you'd expect to find in some backstreet newsagents or general store. I have sent sn e-mail to the suppliers expressing my total discontent with their profuct & service standards - to date I have received "Zero" response..!!
