I still do not have my return shipping label to return the product I have called four times already each time I'm told someone is looking into it. Very frustrating.

It been over two weeks since I placed my order and paid for it and I still have not received a notice that it has shipped and I have not received the fabric I ordered. I need it.

It was my first time buying from you and ordering was easy and so was the checkout. I received my products a few days later. Just what you would expect from a good company.

I attempted to write a review on the site itself, but it would not allow me to do so. So, here I am.

Product Color and Availability A+
Product Quality was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the material frays very easily. This can become troublesome when cutting to size. Product ordered, Whisper 1240/ Mute

Kevin is a knowledgeable and helpful customer service representative.
He has scheduled a shipment, so I will receive MLV on the day I need it.
Although it was not recommended, I rolled MLV's backwards so they would lie flat on the floor. And that did the trick.

A very bad experience
After many telephone calls and e-mails I still don’t have the door kit. Nobody at Acoustical Solutions will return my calls or tell me when I will get my order. They charged my credit card and kept the money.

Excellent customer service. Fast shipping. High quality product. The Resilient Channel Isolation Clips proved to be an effective component of the acoustical treatment project.

Email responsiveness. When I leave an email, whether it's related to a product inquiry, or just to ask a general question, it has been always answered in a timely fashion.

Color matching is difficult when purchasing items on line. Color hue and shade always differ. Not accounting for the type of device that was used to take the picture. Luckily, Acoustic Solutions will send you ten color samples.

Shipping is on the high side of the spectrum. They send the material on a roll, and than place it in a heavy gauge plastic bag. My roll was a tall as me. lol

In the future, should I need any Acoustic related products, Acoustic Solutions is the place to go. "You can quote me on that one!"

Product arrived damaged. Would give customer service a negative 5. After being promised, still have not received refund for affected product.

Paid via echeck because the credit card option wasn’t working. They held my shipment until the echeck cleared their bank which meant it wouldn’t come in time to complete my project. I canceled and asked for a refund. I was told my refund was issued 2 days ago. Still haven’t seen it. Don’t pay echeck!
They forgot to mention they would hold my shipment when I did. They are also very slow to respond and don’t call back. I’ll probably never see that refund.
Go somewhere else for your acoustical needs!

They were a huge help with finding a product that I would consider niche and being affordable, great with shipping, and loved their customer support as well.

They don't fix things quickly; if you don't push to get things sent, nobody can fix the delays in the arrival of the materials... due to an administrative process, they dispatched the materials 9 days late
