Awesome customer service and great products. Needed my purchase to arrive before I was set to travel they did their best to put a rush on it and I received my bags a day before I was set to leave. Very happy with the quality of my bags as well. I’ll definitely be purchasing again.

I ordered a YSL raffia bag And it arrived within 2 weeks. Packaged well and product came with dust bag and very nice box. Upon inspection, everything checks out compared to original, EXCEPT in the label inside doesn’t say “made in Madasgcar”, just Made in Italy.

Quality product but long waits on some items

Customer support responds very quickly as I have asked about the other two items that have not arrived yet.
