Just up and disappeared, website doesn't work, emails don't work, its a sad day for their loyal researchers and professionals. I have had many great and i would call PERFECT experiences with them, it actually makes me want to shed a tear because from what i gathered, their website was up on July 5th but now its shut off. I had about $70 worth of store credit and items that i was waiting to use and remembered 3 days ago and been experiencing a nightmare since.

High quality products and excellent customer service! Never one issue with shipping to FL! Thanks for all you do for us! The website is down, but hopeful they will be back up and running soon. You are the best!

I am always a little skeptical of the production of compounds in these classes in the sense that I understand Chinese labs and other "street" labs often spin up legitimate vendor websites and businesses to move illicit or subpar quality chemicals. However, I decided to role the dice on them given the expertise that seemed apparent in the product descriptions and throughout the website.

After making my first order, I received notification that the product had been mailed the following business day. The product was sent from Canada to Utah, US via standard letter mail and arrived on the 8th day following the order so 7 days since mailed.

All I can say is that these folks are the real deal. The purity of their molecules is superior to any other vendor I have ordered from previously. We will be using this vendor for calibrating our mass spectrometers among many other things. They will be my primary vendor going forward.

I wanted to wait until I had a good sample size of orders before writing a review. Simply put, this is probably the best, if not the best suppliers for chemical research. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with this company, I had one concerning hiccup with one order where the packaged had been pulled aside by CBSA and a single unit of my package had been removed from the package, ostensibly for testing. After reaching out to Chems.ca they assured me this was normal, after that any other orders I have had arrived on time if not earlier than expected the fastest order arriving within 13 days. I will definitely continue to utilize their services and I am very happy to continue to purchase research materials from them moving forward. Thank you guys for your professionalism and services you provide.
