By far the easiest banking app to use, and it offers most of the functionality needed (unsure about DDs) and would highly recommend it over other banking organisations. Your money feels safe and secure, yet accessible when needed and things like the separate saving pots and cashback make it a winner.

Chase is a bank that always at the end of the phone when needed and their chat service is effective and supportive. I enjoy the cash back rewards
Their 5%aer round off gives me surprises with reasonable cash back on my spending. I love chase and the 'pots' I have created to save for various occasions in my life

Just fine for spending, can't be used as your main bank account. There is no self service option to reduce or increase the account limits, you have to reach out to the customer service for any simple change which is painstakingly long and then the changes are valid for only 30 days. Why is it so difficult to change the limits on your own ?

Credit card, another saga, soft eligibility says you are eligible, you apply for one and the card is rejected reducing your score.

No option to create virtual cards for use in sketchy e-commerce sites.

The app is simple - in fact too simple, no options to see the all time spending for a specific merchant, it only shows by month.

The boosted saver for first year is good. The 2% cashback is also good without having to activate offers every time.

Lot of potential to improve, but based on the current interest shown by the bank, may well take few more decades for all the improvements to be rolled in 😔.

Unless significant improvements are made, may have to switch soon.

So easy to open & use & with a great saving rate

I had my issue solved by RAFFAY very efficiently and with a lovely upbeat and kind manner. They are an asset to the company. Good job RAFFAY!

Used to be a good fair interest rate but is now pants compared to the 7/8% you can get elsewhere and to qualify for the 2% cash back you need to leave a significant sum in a poor interest rate account so it isn't worth it when you crunch the numbers and compare against the competition which is leagues ahead in their offerings

Do not use chase banking. They’ve held my weekly wages back for no apparent reason other than a screening. I recieve the wages off the same company. I’ve got bills to pay and kids to feed yet they still haven’t done anything to progress it and have been absolutely no help at all. Absolute shambles of a bank avoid at all costs!

My son advised me to apply and I am glad I did. I also opened an Isa with Trading!! So easy to use.

Avoid. I’ve had no access to my account for almost three years and they won’t sort it. Several phone calls and still not done. Each time customer service is shocking. Go to starling or Monzo much better service and no issues.

Chase have a brilliant debit account service and quite a good savings rate. Credit card also available. I've used Chase for a number of years now and have been very happy with them.

Ok Bank. Wouldn’t offer a Credit Card. Not my main banking App (Which is Nationwide Building Society, and first direct Bank.

I have used online banking since it started and felt no need for an App to do my banking but Chase offered no alternative so I decided I would give it a try. Now I have been using it for a year I find it easy but still prefer online desktop access which I feel offers more facilities, easier to access and read, and feels instinctively more secure. Especially as I have now used up the 12 month interest boost offers.

I thought it was a great bank when I first joined and I recommended it to lots of friends but my saver interest rate has dropped right down and there are far better offers out there, it’s a shame because I like the App but they’re not looking after existing customers anymore

Most difficult account opening process I have ever had.

It’s ok but cash back In my case and where I shop is non existent so I don’t find it useful.

English banks should take a lesson to see what real customer service looks like!
