Wow! great company my order arrived next day and the boots were fantastic i would definitely recommend value for money well packed and return label most places do not send these any more and i find it a nightmare.

The swift turnaround for delivery and spotting the house number for the delivery address was incorrect as I placed the order at silly hours of the morning.

Good selection of stock. Had what I wanted at a sensible price so bought a pair. Delivered the next day and I didn’t select next day delivery so I was very surprised

Unfortunately, there is a limit to how many pairs of cowboy boots you can buy, but I would absolutely buy more if I had the space.

The customer service was truly outstanding. I made my purchase online without realizing that the order would be shipped from the UK. I then received a friendly email warning me in advance that I would have to pay customs duties and taxes, giving me the opportunity to cancel my purchase if I wished. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, and I really hope more companies will follow their example. I also got a very nice surprise.

So take my advice: treat yourself to a pair of cowboy boots — or several — at a great price, with excellent service!

I’m so pleasantly surprised. I didn’t know about them, as I’m buying from Spain, but they had the boots I wanted in my size so I decided to give it a try. They were shipped the next day and less than a week later I have them with me. They are beautiful and perfect and I, for sure, will buy from them again.

I bought a pair of boots from Cowboy Boot Store a few months back and they've honestly been one of the best purchases I've ever made. The quality for the price is unbelievable. Zero faults, no complaints at all, months on.

What really sets them apart though is the customer service. Whether I've dealt with them in store or over the phone, they've been consistently excellent, genuinely helpful and willing to go out of their way for you.

It's a stark contrast to my experience with Wild Wild Western Wear, where I found the staff hostile and their delivery/returns process a nightmare. Cowboy Boot Store is a completely different level, can't recommend them enough.

I purchased a pair of Ariat boots online after first visiting the Cowboy Boot Store in Sheffield. Even though it was a busy Saturday morning, the assistants were incredibly helpful and attentive, and they happily let me try on lots of different pairs until I found the right style.

Unfortunately, the pair I chose wasn't in stock in my size, so I ordered them online instead. While I was in the store, I also treated myself to a gorgeous leather cowboy hat, which I absolutely love! I'd definitely recommend visiting the Sheffield store if you get the chance.

The online ordering process was seamless, and my boots arrived much sooner than I expected.

The Ariat boots are perfect, I absolutely love them! I wore them for the first time last weekend and danced all night! They were comfortable from the start and looked fantastic too.
