Good quality part that required some extra initiative and parts to install.
Ordered an extruder clamp. The part dimensions were fine and as an aluminium replacement for the broken plastic one, worth the money. Be prepared for fixings and fittings to need a little work. The new part was significantly thicker. The supplied fittings weren't the same as the photos, and I had to buy longer M3 screws to fit it to the printer. I harvested some parts from the old extruder to get all the spring adjuster and mounting to come together.

I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable with the products and spent time with my 11 year old son, never felt the need to rush. Also gave us his number if we had any problems. We messaged to sort out a problem and he got straight back to us with help. Couldn’t ask for better service. We will continue to use 3 D
