I had a great experience with Monos customer service, especially with Ann. I reached out regarding an issue with the zipper on my Metro Backpack, and Ann was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the process. She made everything easy and took the time to make sure my issue was properly resolved.

I am an avid online shopper but I ordered from ASOS for the first time two weeks ago. My order arrived at the local post office and although they have an FAQ that says there are no duties, there certainly were duties to pay. I also did not know that they had a coupon code for 15% for CAD. I talked to the customer care representative over chat and all he could say was nothing can be fixed now that I have purchased it already (not even a credit on account for more purchases) and if I have an issue with duties to call the local customs office. Extremely poor service so I would avoid it.

I primarily shop online and many other online retailers have extremely flexible approaches and are way way way more customer centric.

Here's the FAQ on there site which is not true: "Orders to Canada From July 1st 2020, orders being shipped from the US to Canada that are under CAD $150 will no longer be subject to duties. Orders under CAD $150 will still be subject to sales tax and handling fees. We recognize that you face some charges when shopping with us so we offer a 15% off discount code. For more information on the 15% off code for Canadian customers click here."
