VERY POOR/NONE EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered some shoes, on 8/7/26 and received 15/7/26, that are not as flexible as seen in advert and I needed the flexibility for comfortable fitting shoes. I am trying to return them. Have emailed the company several times and they’ve not had the politeness to respond (bet they do for this one!!) I DO NOT WANT THESE SHOES AND AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DONT WANT. If they give address I’ve already messaged than thanks, but you don’t reply to that. All I want is a return address-not much to ask!
