ITEM NOT WHAT SHOWN OR ORDERED
I ordered a tool specifically requesting a 7/32" HEX SOCKET with a 1/4" allen stem/drive. The photo with in the video (that won't play) shows exactly what I want and the other photo doesn't show well enough. BUT you sent me a 7/32" ALLEN with a 1/4" 'SQUARE RATCHET DRIVE'!! NOT AT ALL WHAT I NEED!!

The item you purchased/received is a 7/32-inch hex bit socket with a 1/4-inch square drive, which matches the product title and description. However, we understand how the video may have suggested a different drive or shank style.
