It doesn't work. The video ads are AI because it had absolutely no effect on a scratch on my car. A total scam.

Another scam. Chinese made rubbish that breaks the laws of thermodynamics. It does not, and cannot work - ask any professional Physicist. Save your money and avoid like the plague. There are many similar products, all equally useless.

It's a Chinese-made fan which does nothing to cool a room. The adverts are misleading and the reviews are fake. It is not an air-conditioning unit and simply cannot achieve cooing as it does not remove heat and dump it outside the room, which as any Physicist will tell you is vital to effective cooling. There's another product called Epicooler which exactly as fraudulent.
Save your money and avoid.

Simple - it doesn't work. It's a scam.
You cannot cool a room without ejecting the heat somewhere. This doesn't do that, so it cannot possibly work.
In fact, the heat from the motor actually warms the room. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Great if you want to drink cold cats' pee.

Just tested one of these as a consultant Physicist. The heater was sent to me by a neighbour who bought it and was concerned that it did not seem to work as described in the advert. It does not do what the ads claim and most of the Physics they quote is absolute nonsense. All such heaters are 100% efficient: the technology used in the lunaheater is in no way revolutionary. It also takes a certain amount of energy to heat up a room and the type of heater does not affect this.
This heater cannot physically do what they claim. It's a scam. Don't fall for it.

I rang several times to request a visit to a faulty device. I wanted to speak to an advisor and chose that option. Each time, the system refused to let me speak to an advisor and ended the call. Their system is shambolic.

Attempted to deliver on Tuesday. I was having a wee and by the time I'd finished, the driver had gone - less than a minute from ringing the bell.

I rearranged to Friday - my birthday, but the first day I wasn't out. Stayed in all day. The website confirmed it was due to be delivered that day but stated it was still at the depot. By 5pm, there was no sign of it, so I rang the company. Got put onto a line which rang for 10 mins with no answer. Eventually, I drove 15 miles to the depot and found the parcel there - they had not loaded it for delivery at all.
