Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever experienced with a housecleaning service!!! This was to be a professional move-out cleaning. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hired 5 people and received 4 people, paid for vacuum, mop and cleaning supplies. Only 2 of the cleaners had ever worked with each other and they did not work as a team. They did not have the supplies they needed and my husband was forced to go a buy cleaning towels and gloves for them…otherwise they would have had to take turns with the supplies they had. The vacuum cleaner they provided was no more than a glorified dirt devil/dust-buster and was not meant to deal with cleaning an area larger than a 40 sq meter space. Needless to say, it stopped functioning early on. When I called to request a more suitable replacement I was accosted by an abrasive person who yelled at me telling me that this would do and he would not replace it. Customer Service assured me this was a cultural misunderstanding, but in light of the service we received…I am dubious of this statement now. Fortunately, we had a Dyson Stick vacuum(although the cordless battery had limitations)and we thankfully had other cleaning products, mops and supplies. As the mop they brought was the cheap twisted rag style and poorest quality possible. This cleaning took far longer than needed as they did not have the tools they needed. Not to mention the fractured communication of the 4 cleaners. One was sullen and just seemed angry, one arrived late and the 2 who came together seemed able to work in harmony. It was disjointed, unproductive, unprofessional and I would not recommend this company even as a last resort.

I sent Auctionata a sterling silver box last year. Knowing it might take awhile to sell, I would check listing from time to time. It was there before the holidays and then I read an article about Auctionata and checked my listing...gone. I did a google search(very high end name, rare item for brand)and there it was on Ebay, already sold and NOT by Auctionata. I don't know how they got away with selling it to someone else and not notifying me or paying me! To me, this is outright theft....I have contacted Auctionata NYC with the Ebay listing which looks identical to their listing and have not received a reply. My advise is to check Ebay and see if your property is there, if like me it has gone missing. I don't know what kind of action I should take at this point. I think contacting Ebay would be a useless venture.
