Awful company. Dreadful customer service. They don't explain the plans or bills to you. A nightmare to use the website, logging in and finding bill. Tons of hidden extra costs on top of what is supposed to be included in your plan. They randomly add extra costs to your bill without telling you and charge you extra if you pay your bill by anything other than direct debit. They want a direct debit so they can just take all these extra costs straight out of your account. If there were any competition on the islands they would be out of business on a week!

Awful agency, literally the worst I
have worked for. Never got me any work and the few times they did they put me in as a HLTA so they could pay me less than scale. Never returns messages or emails and point blank refuse to give a reference

Incredibly unprofessional, constantly putting in hurdles and requesting new or repeated information. Ridiculously slow response time, no clear communication on what information they actual want and need. Complete waste of time even approaching them. Obviously not interested taking my case as it is via legal aid so no prospect of a huge bill being presented at the end of endless months of pointless emails, before even taking the case on. Pathetic.

Terrible customer service, refuse to cancel or refund money they take without permission. They charge you for paper you haven't used. All hidden in the fine print. Complete scam so not use

Excellent service, really good quality seeds, really nice recyclable/ compostabke packages. I always get me seeds from here, just wish I was better at saving my own. Its also really good they offer cheaper postage for low income people, really goes to show they hnderstand people need to grow their own food

The assessors are really friendly and put you at ease and explain everything. They are really knowledgeable about what you are entitled to even if it is something you hadn't considered, they make sure you get the help you need.

I was really concerned about starting again at university after my illness, I had no idea what to expect or what help I would be entitled to but my assessor, Ben, was really friendly and supportive and talked me through what help I could expect and how any adjustments and new softwear would work. He helped me access loads of things that I wouldn't have even thought I'd be able to get and they will make a massive difference to how I'll be able to study. The whole process was really easy to do and straight forward, it was just like having a chat with someone. They are definitely on our side.

Every single package I have ever recieved from myhermes has been damaged. I wont buy frona seller if I know they use myhermes for deliveries

Excellent range of products if a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and the quality is excellent

The staff were very rude when they couldn't find my appointment because they had my date of birth wrong. They were also begrudgingly accepted myNHS voucher and they tried to sell me lots of pointless extras I didn't want on my glasses. The person who did my eye test however was excellent
