Simon carried out the survey L2 and was very quick to produce the report with a in-depth assessment and recommendation. Simon additionally followed up with a phone call to discuss any queries or concerns raised by the report.
Very professional, can tell Simon is clearly experienced in his line of work, and a has a eye for detail.

Don't sign up to the Guernsey one, poor connection state it is due to the router when the router is absolutely fine.
Several emails-they ignore them.
Phone calls- they pick up though never resolve the issue and try put it down to everything but them.
Stupid prices for internet that works 50% of the day. I would advise to stay well away and sign up to none router option.

Started off with a rooky start however after speaking to andrew regarding someone crashing into myself he chased up the other end and managed to relieve a massive stressor off my shoulders and was really helpful, and informative of the process! Probably the most useful/informative person Ive spoken to from phoning the insurance over the past week.
