A couple of years ago I was a trying to source a 75mm Sirrus/Vita Flow-Set Stem for my 2015 Specialized Sirrus without success. I asked Certini to notify me when the part came back in stock expecting this not to happen due to the age of manufacture & quirky design. I put a standard stem on the bike which didn't have an ideal fit. On 30/07/26 I received an email from Certini informing me that the specific stem was available. I was astonished. I ordered the stem at a cost of £31 which was received within 48 hours & immediately fitted to the bike. Absolutely amazing. Chapeau

I have yet to return an item so cannot comment on the 'returns' service.

Ordered Fiat OEM replacement headlamps for my 2013 Fiat Ducato P250 platform motorhome. Shortly after placing the order & prior to shipment I received a courtesy call from Sharon to check the specification to ensure they were the correct parts which was reassuring. Further to my reviews dated 07/12/24 & 30/06/25 - Whilst preparing for a trip with my Ribble SL-e All Road bike to France & Spain the MAHLE system in-frame charging port developed a fault and although Ribble do not source/supply MAHLE components James in Customer Service provided details of a local cycle repair shop 'Cheshire Outdoors' based at Blakemere Village. Rob sourced and fitted a replacement charging port for £50 - Thanks James.

I have been a continuing Nespresso member since May 2013 and have found my experience a positive one. Ordering online is a doddle, delivery is usually very prompt, reliable & free (over £50). Most important the coffee in my opinion is consistently of an excently quality & of a comparable cost with other brands. I do try other brands but have yet to find one that is better. Additionally on the few occasions I have contacted Nespresso Customer Services the issue has been resolved quickly with a satisfactory outcome.

I'm unable to review the Edura products as they have not been delivered! TBF Endura have dispatched the items but they seem to be lost in the Evri universe - This is not the first time this has happened. A previous order was replaced in similar circumstances in January 2025 - I will post another review when this matter is resolved.

So I have made 2 recent orders via Tredz on-line for bike components. The reason I made these purchases was that the pricing was good with an additional discount using a code from BLC (emergency services discount card) & free delivery over £50 - also previous experience of Tredz's reliable prompt delivery service using DHL. Recent orders arrived promptly again.

Further to my review dated 07/12/24 - I have ridden my Ribble Allroad SL R e-Enthusiast regularly since March '25 including a 3 week trip to the Alicante region & I have to say that the riding performance is better than anticipated. I have no negative observations. On the positive side, the Mahle X20 system is fantastic very sympathetic to requirements & the HMI control is straightforward to operate. The Mahle phone app is good. I have the pedal assist tuned quite low at present. The bike ride is precise, super handling & comfortable. The Shimano 105 Di2 systems is fantastic with excellent braking capacity. The Ribble Allroad SL R e-Enthusiast is a joy to ride

Another purchase from Tredz. I purchased 4 replacement tyres for my road bikes - 'Pirelli P Zero Race TLR 700c' - The website is easy to navigate & the online ordering process was straightforward. The price was very competitive & delivery was quick. I have fitted the tyres which took a few goes to sit correctly. Having tested the tyres on the road I can say they are a great tyre at the price I paid. I was very pleased how the bike handled on the new tyres, a definite improvement compared to the previous tyres.

Chapeau Endura - I recently ordered a cycling top which did not arrive (nothing to do with Endura - all to do with Evri) - I called Endura Customer Services & the item was replaced immediately & received within a few working days. Super service. Thank you Endra Customer Services - Update 12/01/25 ==> Shortly after posting this review, the original order arrived unexpectedly 3 weeks late & has now been returned to Endura.

Having identified a specific bike I was interested in went to the Clitheroe Store for a basic bike fit to identify ideal frame size. Super service, all questions answered & I ordered and paid for the bike. Ribble price matched their own 'Black Friday' price "Chapeau". Bike shipped early by courier. No issues with delivery, packaging etc. Order complete & easy build. Quick road test indicated that the bike had been set up & tuned well at the warehouse. So in summary very happy - I intend to review the bike after I've done a few miles but initial feeling is that its a belter.
