Organized under the Foundations’s Preparing for Retirement Forum, these workshops are designed to equip participants with practical insights and skills to plan fo this important stage when the time comes, contributing to greater financial and social well-being while supporting family happiness and long-term stability. At the Department of Finance- Abu Dhabi, we view preparing for retirement as a stage that requires early planning and readiness, enabling employees to transition with long-term stability while maintaining their active role within their families and communities. احتفاءً بــ#يوم_الشباب_الدولي، استضاف مجلس شباب #دائرة_المالية – #أبوظبي مجلس أبوظبي للشباب ضمن ملتقى الشباب المالي، والذي عقد بحضور قيادات من الدائرة، ومن #المؤسسة_الاتحادية_للشباب لتبادل الرؤى والأفكار حول سبل تعزيز دور الشباب في دعم منظومة العمل الحكومي المالي. وتضمنت الفعالية جلسة حوارية حول دور المؤسسات الحكومية في تمكين الشباب وتعزيز دورهم كشركاء في بناء مستقبل مالي مستدام لإمارة أبوظبي. كما شهدت الفعالية إطلاق برنامج " الخبير المالي الشاب"، ليشكل منصة متكاملة لتمكين الكوادر الإماراتية الشابة، وتحويل طموحاتهم إلى إنجازات.  شكراً لكل من شاركنا هذا الحوار، ولكل شاب وشابة يترك بصمة ترسّخ مسيرة التميز والابتكار في أبوظبي. #مجلس_شباب_دائرة_المالية #شباب_أبوظبي In celebration of #InternationalYouthDay, the #DoFYouthCouncil – #AbuDhabi hosted The Abu Dhabi Youth Council as part of the Financial Youth Forum, with participation of leaders from the DoF, the #FederalYouthAuthority to exchange views on ways to strengthen the role of youth in shaping the government financial management. The forum featured an engaging panel discussion on the role of government institutions in empowering youth and strengthening their role as partners in building a sustainable financial future for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It also marked the launch of the "Youth Financial Expert" Program — an integrated platform to empower young Emirati talent and turn their aspirations into achievements.
