Document the deployment-neutral agent runtime architecture and streaming model, with supporting project configuration for the agent workflow.

.pi/subagents.jsonconfiguration and ignores generated/local.picontent as appropriate.This PR is the documentation tail of the dependency-ordered Agent Core stack; concrete service packaging is intentionally excluded.
