Bumps the version for the dependency security release. Version updated in pyproject.toml, uv.lock, FEATURES.md and the site's version badge; CHANGELOG.md gains the 1.8.0 entry describing the transitive UI dependency bumps.

Fixes all 10 open Dependabot alerts (all npm, transitive,
ui/pnpm-lock.yaml) plus 3 more advisories thatpnpm auditreports, and releases the result as 1.8.0.Dependency fixes
Every patched version fits inside the range its parent already declares, so this is a lockfile-only refresh (
pnpm update --depth Infinity <pkgs>). Nooverrideswere needed, andui/package.jsonis unchanged.All of these come in through
shadcn(its MCP SDK / express / ajv) or eslint, not through the exported UI bundle. The re-resolve also movedrolldown1.2.7 → 1.2.11 (vitest tooling, dev-only).Release
