docs(site): add GitHub Pages landing page - #8

A single self-contained page in `site/` published to https://dmux.github.io/minilake/ by a new `Pages` workflow. Content is drawn from README.md, FEATURES.md and docs/: what is really executed (DuckDB SQL, Delta files, Spark jobs), the SDK/CLI/Terraform/ Asset Bundles/MCP entry points, a coverage table, and the deliberate gaps stated rather than hidden. Assets are derived from minilake_logo.png (background knocked out, trimmed) plus an og:image card.
