Unacceptable service and endless delays. We ordered a sofa worth over £1,000 on June 25th, and as of September 4th, we still have not received it. Every time we contact customer support via live chat, we get vague responses and are told to wait longer with no actual update or delivery date. Had we known the delivery and communication would be this terrible, we would never have spent our money with this company. Avoid if you expect reliable delivery times or competent customer service.
