The ordering process itself was fine
The ordering process itself was fine, but I was very disappointed with the delivery of our bed frame. The delivery driver rang our doorbell and asked me to come downstairs, even though I had opened the building door from our apartment.
He brought the very heavy bed frame as far as the elevator on the ground floor and then simply left. He did not help me get it into the elevator or bring it upstairs to our apartment. The package was extremely heavy and very difficult for me to handle on my own.
For such a large and heavy item, I would have expected a much more helpful delivery service, or at the very least clearer communication beforehand about where the delivery would be left.

Thank you for your review. In general, deliveries are made only to the curbside or building entrance. When adding the product to your cart, you have the option to select delivery to the place of use for an additional fee. Nevertheless, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
