I canceled my davinci.ai subscription immediately, yet they still charged me again and reactivated my account without my consent. I contacted support before disputing the charge, and they refused to refund me even though the renewed subscription was untouched. They also do not send cancellation confirmation emails, which makes the whole process extremely suspicious and misleading. In my view, this is a scammy billing practice, and I’m warning others to avoid subscribing or to document every step carefully, including screenshots and payment records.
