Landlord does not pay back the deposit
Landlord does not pay back the deposit. Apparently not the problem of Wunderflats.
Be aware, individual landlords can easily do this, not much you can do about it. Hiring a lawyer is usually more expensive.

Please note that Wunderflats is not a party to the rental agreement. We do not receive or hold the deposit money, which means we cannot refund it directly or legally compel the landlord to do so. However, we are more than happy to assist you by reaching out to the landlord on your behalf to mediate and help get this resolved.
