If you purchased via an ad on Facebook leading to the Website 'Maples Stitches' Please report via the Tips to Report Scams - from there you can go to the 'Scam Protection Centre' and report the page.

SCAM site - the tote bags are just 2d printed not hand stitched/embroidered, they are not padded, do not have sides or a flat bottom. The whole description is a big fat lie.
They take weeks to deliver as they come from China not Hay-on-Wye.
I did look for reviews before purchasing but could not find any, I assume everyone on here saw the advert on facebook as I did.
I was really disappointed as it was sent as a gift to my daughter in law.
