I purchased a 5-star AC from you, but no one from your company has arrived to install it. It has been three days; calls go unanswered, and none of the customer service numbers are working. Your service is absolutely terrible. If this is the situation with just the first AC, I shudder to think what would happen later. I was planning to buy 20 ACs for my office; thankfully, this first purchase revealed exactly what kind of service you provide.
