Extremely disappointed with their product
Bought a house that came with brand new Miele dishwasher (looked it up and it's really expensive) and the washer is simply the worst I have ever used. It regularly leaves food residue behind, the dishes remain way wetter than in any other air dry dishwasher I have ever encountered, the user interface is plain horrible and there is no way to continue a cycle to its end in case auto-shutoff water tap closes mid cycle. You have to start the many hour long cycle all over again (there is no separate rinse cycle either to just run through). You can get so much better products with way less money from other manufacturers that I would never consider buying Miele again.

We’re sorry to hear that you consider our dishwasher to be the worst you’ve ever used. It’s often not easy to make a clear diagnosis from a distance. However, based on our experience, we can tell you that this is frequently due to the settings on the appliance (water hardness, rinse aid, etc.) not being adjusted to local conditions.
