I ordered two food boxes in different colors, but received both in the same color. When I contacted customer service, instead of investigating the issue, they claimed that the color I ordered does not exist—despite it being available at the time of purchase.
I had already opened one of the items and asked them to simply replace the incorrect one, but they refused. On top of that, they indirectly accused me of lying about my order, which is completely unacceptable.
This level of customer service is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I expected them to take responsibility and offer a reasonable solution, but they did not.
