Frustrating experience – Avoid if you want actual customer service.
I tried ordering from Tmat to test the material's durability before committing to a full setup. Despite their website clearly listing and allowing the purchase of single panels, they failed to process my order.
When I reached out to follow up, I was told they "can't send single panels." This makes no sense considering it’s a live option on their own site. I told them I just wanted to test the product quality and asked them to either fulfill the order as advertised or refund me.
Instead of trying to help a potential long-term customer or explaining the discrepancy, they simply nuked the order. They refunded my money within five minutes and refused to send the panel. If you aren’t buying a massive kit, they clearly don't want your business. Extremely disappointing "support" and misleading website listings. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
