Bad service
The service to agree on pick up and delivery time does not make sense if in the end the delivery people do not call the number

I have reviewed your case in detail. Unfortunately, there was an error in the data transfer between our carrier in Italy and Germany, which resulted in your phone number being removed from the shipment data. This should not have happened, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
We are already working on preventing such issues in the future.
