Total scam behavior
Total scam behavior. Ordered 8 days ago; they printed a label to stop me from canceling but never actually shipped the items. Support agents lied on Jan 28th, claiming the package "left the warehouse," but DHL tracking confirms they never received it. Their internal site still says "Pending" while they hold my €104 hostage. I’ve filed a formal report with Konsumentverket and started a bank dispute. Do not trust their delivery estimates—they use "ghost tracking" to trick customers.

We completely understand how concerning it is when a shipping label is created but the tracking does not show the parcel as received by the carrier. This can happen if a label is generated in our system but the handover scan from DHL is delayed or the package has not yet been physically picked up/registered by the carrier.
