Eneco has no functioning customer service. They are uninformed and not familiar with any problem you bring to their attention. Trying to find out what their specifications are with regards to the installation of an district heating distribution unit is near to impossible. They refer you to other phone number or promise to write an email, yet you can never get a hold of someone and will never receive an email.

Edit to review: After the review I was contacted quickly and my problem was solved immediately and in a very friendly manner. Overall the quality of the sportswear is great. I am happy we found a solution and that I can order here again.

Terrible customer service when it comes to returns/exchanges. The original order came quickly but I needed a size smaller. I sent back the product over 6 weeks ago, have emailed customer service three times and texted twice but no answer. Their gear is quite expensive, so I am shocked atthe bad customer support. Will definitely not buy here again. This was an order ar the Dutch online store.
