If I could give zero stars of world. Terrible customer service. Very deceiving company. I clicked on a oandora link from Facebook and it toom me to what looked like pandora right up until the payment Windsow when I realised it wasn't pandora. I tried to stop to payment butnit was too late. I instantly reached out to the company no responses till hours later where they advised this. I jave attached jed email below. There was no option to cancel directly after I checked everything with afriend who also couldn't see a cancel option. Very reviewing company. DO NOT BUY. even before they sent it out they denied me to cancel and are sending it anyway when I DONT WANT IT!

I bought my twins one each for Christmas. They love them and are constantly getting compliments on these bracelets. The meaning behind them are beautiful and they look super classy on.
Customer service was very good. Cass is very friendly and fast at responding when I had an enquiry. An absolute pleasure to buy from. Great to support an Aussie business and I will definitely look to purchase more in the future.

The communication was very good with BUBBI. I suggest if your wanting an upscaling app just pay the full subscription upfront or cancel the trial period before 7 days.
