I couldn't proceed without giving a rate to this rubbish company. It does not even deserve a star!
I should have seen these reviews before dealing with this fraudulent activity. I purchased a Maryjane shoes for £29.99 which arrived after nearly a month. It's a cheap looking, too narrow and small flats. When I checked on how to return, it will cost me £20-£35 because it needs to be sent back to China so I reached out to them. I was told that they do accept returns but I really have to shoulder the shipping fee but they can help me remedy that by paying £16+ more to get another pair and I can just keep the other pair, no need to return. That's when the penny dropped.
This company is not based in London and there is no such as Jones London shop closing down soon. This is a company based in China and stealing people's money.
I commented on FB about this but they just keep on deleting them but I will not stop warning people of this SCAM!
