Good on ya.
Contacted them about late dispatch of seed potatoes. Within hours they emailed me explaining that my order was "pre order". I didn't realise. Anyway a week later I got notification informing me that my order had been dispatched... Delivery in 3-5 days. It arrived next morning. Their website says 1-3 days delivery. THIS TELLS ME THEY'RE GENUINE TO SERVE.

I have 4 cats. Bought two 80 packs of whiskas pouches on line. Only one cat will eat these pouches. The other 3 won't touch it. It used to be their favourite. GOODBYE WHISKAS.

We’ve recently updated our recipes to make them even tastier and to provide all the essential nutrition cats need. These changes were developed and tested with the help of many Pet Parents and their cats, and most of our feline taste-testers gave their approval. The new recipes feature richer gravy, softer jelly, and improved textures to make mealtimes more enjoyable.
However, we know that every cat is unique and may react differently to changes. Sometimes it can take a little time for cats to adjust to a new recipe, so we recommend introducing it gradually if possible.
