Lost package
Very bad experience. Didn’t show up for pick up twice and I had to call to find out why. After it was picked up finally, my neighbor found the package left outside some other building nearby.

The staff made a mistake in my order. Not very pro. Good that I found out earlier enough. Short of staff personnel in the shop during busy time.
