8 days I am waiting for the parcel ( 100 paid) and no any clear answer , besides we are “ investigate “ the case .no refund eiser , as far as “ investigation” in process . Had to buy in another shop the same items , as far as I have an urgency in a product .

Do not be a victim of the situation, it would be right from you to send me another package free of charge, and then look for the lost one ! That is the normal customer service . You try to resolve your mess with parcel on my account . That the truth .
