I have not yet received the book I ordered. You send these surveys too early.

On Monday I purchased your PC Cleaner service and my system was "optimized"?. Very professional while going about their work; never made a comment that made me feel stupid. I hardly needed to be involved.

On Tuesday I learned that a very important file was gone - the file's icon remains on my screen but there is no file attached. That file was the result of nearly 100 hours of work, and now it's gone!

Yesterday (Tuesday) one of your techs spent several hours on my system and could not locate and, after those hours, he turned the problem back to me and said he would call me next week to see what has occurred during that week. Are you kidding me?

I am a retired, senior citizen and am not capable of determining the problem. However, I might have located the issue in the file of "Uninstalled Files" that were uninstalled by their process but I cannot open it.

I need the professional help for which I paid $540. Thus far I have not received this assistance!!
