Procedury archaiczne, nieprzyjazne klientowi. Trzymanie klienta na siłe to zdecydowanie najgorsza z form retencji.

Unauthorised Charge – Feels Like a Scam

I was charged for a subscription renewal without any prior notice, despite the fact that the card on file had expired. I had assumed, reasonably, that the plan had ended. No reminder was sent, no option to cancel was offered, and support refused to issue a refund. This kind of practice in 2025 is unacceptable and leaves a bitter taste. Feels less like a fitness app and more like a trap. Proceed with caution.

Untrustworthy company selling junk

If you’re tempted to trust Bosch due to the widespread myth of top German quality, think twice. I bought my Indego automatic lawnmower last year, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since then, it’s been in repair three times and has never worked as described.

The lawnmower cuts unevenly, leaving up to three-quarters of the lawn uncut. It freezes mid-job, gets stuck in “finding position” mode, and frequently displays “outside of parameter wire” errors even when it’s in the middle of the lawn. Adding to the absurdity, while in repair, it sent push notifications to my phone about encountering obstacles. This is a joke of an automatic lawnmower for almost EUR 900!

The first repair, a month after purchase, was handled swiftly, giving me hope. However, this year, I had to send it in again. I was instructed to send only the device, but later received an automatic email demanding payment for a docking station I never requested. After struggling to contact a human representative, I was told this fee was for a new docking station. Once I shipped this part, the mower was “repaired.”

I thought the ordeal was over, but it malfunctioned again, requiring another repair. Despite a valid warranty, I was asked to pay over EUR 150 for part replacement. Multiple emails questioning how I could be blamed for inaccessible parts’ failure were met with silence. The only communication has been a cost estimate stipulating that the dismantled device can be returned for a fee of EUR 20. This is ludicrous.

After sending multiple emails to the repair center and the main Bosch headquarters, I received a reply today stating that the device can be reassembled and returned to me for a fee of EUR46. This seems absolutely ludicrous. To say that the situation has reached absurdity would be an understatement.

The level of after sales customer service is next to nonexistent and -- even in Germany -- it's hit rock bottom.

My advice? Never buy this piece of garbage. You'll save a lot of time and energy you'd otherwise spend on exchanging emails with the most unhelpful customer service on the globe.

Review of Birkenstock

Avoid them. At. All. Cost.

Extremely disappointed with customer experience. Placed four orders (!), and until the last one all of the sandals were too large, despite using their online measuring system. Returned three orders out of these four. Imagine my surprise when after about three months I receive a debt collector letter urging me to pay for one of the returns. I immediately got in touch with Birkenstock asking why:
1. they're asking to get paid for a returned order
2. they had not reached out to me to clarify this

Now I've received yet another debt collector letter with amount to be paid twice the allegedly unreturned order... Scam.

Birkenstock is demanding proof of return - no surprise that I'm not storing post receipts from 3 months ago.

Avoid them at all cost.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Order placed early November ‘22, intended as a x-mad gift. After getting in touch with them was advised of numerous delays. It’s 10th Feb 2023 and the order’s never arrived. Unreliable, to say the least.
