Package did not arrive
UPDATE- Well the package finally arrived and the part works great. The VP of Vance did contact me back and offer to help should the package be missing for ten days which I appreciated. Revising review accordingly.
Paid for expedited delivery on 12/2.
As of today 12/5. Was never delivered.
Need another sent. USPS tracking has no updates on status or expected date.
Want another part overnighted through a private service like UPS.

Hi Clay, we are sorry to hear about the delay of your shipment. We shipped your order through the service you requested, carriers are slower and delayed this time of year due to Christmas. USPS does not guarantee their shipment times for their priority mail service also. We contacted USPS and they informed us your item is in shipment, they are just backlogged and things are moving slowly. We will continue to monitor your situation and act accordingly with USPS.
