After the 3rd call with customer…
After the 3rd call with customer service we determined that the carbon monoxide detector is bad after 6 months of service a new one is being mailed to me but I have to just pay shipping costs which makes no sense to me not my fault its no good and I'm more than sure there's an installer near me with an extra one in his truck

Have a fault light flashing along with an annoying beep customer service walked me through troubleshooting light went back to normal but then fault light came on again, so I guess I'll have to change the battery in the morning.
