Bought a vacuum cleaner which get broken after 6 months or so. Send it back by warranty in March - all I have received so far is "unfortunately we are unable to determine the timing of the procedure". DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE!

Support phone never responded , waiting time 20+ minutes.
Update: after all, the inquiry was addressed through the emails and CSS called me back - changing rate to 3.

Review of Cotosen
Ordered on Feb 3, 2021. No order confirmation till I asked for the status in 2 weeks later. They have responded by email and provided a CN tracker. Tracker was quite suspicious - it looped with the same reports for several days. However, surprisingly, I have received the 2 pieces out of 3. Clothes look **close** to what they advertise, but the quality(material + labor) is very low and it is obviously over-priced. I do not care about the 3rd one as it is a garbage anyways. Do not recommend to buy. They also have other names Wayrates or Blaroken.
